A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems.

We retain email or contact submissions as needed to respond. We do not share them outside the organization unless the law requires it.
Automatic Technical Data
A page visit may produce an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, and timestamps. Cookies help measure site use. Browser controls can block them, though some functions may then behave differently.
How Data Is Used
Technical data helps keep the site available, route searches to the selected partner, measure which pages are useful, diagnose faults, and display advertising that may reflect interests.
Outside Sites and Recipients
Links lead to LMDC, Kentucky corrections and court pages, federal locators, and independent tools. Their privacy terms apply after a visitor leaves this site. Advertising partners may measure activity across sites on their own systems.
We do not sell personal data. Information may reach search partners that process queries, analytics providers, advertising networks, or a government body acting under a valid legal order.
Security and Minors
We use ordinary safeguards, but no internet system is guaranteed secure. This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to request deletion of data submitted by a minor.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of data held about them, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. Kentucky public records linked here remain governed by their custodians and the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884.
